Workplace bullying can give you sleepless nights. It can be caused by any staff in the workplace against you viz. your boss, supervisors, co-workers/colleagues, and subordinates. Bullying and harassment happen in different ways viz. deliberate humiliation, excessive unfair criticism, unreasonable work timing, swearing slangs, personal intimidation, etc.
Some companies have grievance departments to deal with such matters. If there is no such department, then you can approach your HR manager for a resolution. If no one listens to you timely, then you can write to the CEO of your organization seeking his intervention and help in this matter.

I am writing this letter to bring to your attention, and report serious incidents of misbehavior in the workplace against me from my superior - that is not only unethical but also highly unprofessional.
It is causing me stress and thereby affecting my performance level. Hence, I am compelled to reach out to you to seek your help in resolving this amicably.
For a long time, I have been a victim of constant bullying and harassment at work by my boss Mr. ............ I can give examples of several instances wherein he caused verbal abuse towards me in front of other coworkers, which brought severe humiliation to me and affected my mental health.

As a teacher I've witnessed firsthand the toxic environment bullying can cause if not properly addressed and managed. No one should have to suffer harrassment and abuse. This is a genuine and effective way to deal with negative conduct in the workplace.
