Sir/Madam,

I would like to raise this concern with disappointment that I have been subjected to unfair treatment at work in comparison to my coworkers.

I have been working in [Name of the Organization] for over ___ years now. I have always carried out my assignments with the highest degree of diligence, and completed the tasks on time. I have never neglected my duties, and always respected the internal organizational policies for employees.

However, for the last few months, I have been noticing that my superior is knowingly discriminating in task assignments between my coworkers and me. I firmly believe that I have been receiving this unfair treatment because of my gender i.e. female.

When I was new in the team, I thought that I would be given difficult and most responsible tasks as time goes by, which would help me in moving up in the ladder to achieve new success. However, I have been doing the same kind of work since the beginning while my male coworkers have been assigned different types of quality work.

I am truly disappointed with this. I have complained about this to my superior Mr. _________ from time to time. However, he always willfully takes the matter lightly and ignores it eventually. Hence, I am lodging this formal grievance with you so that you can take appropriate actions on it to resolve the issue.
