Maintaining a good workplace integrity is quite crucial for each employee, as it helps the organization to grow and keep the reputation at the top priority level.

When an employee violates the organizational policies with regard to integrity and unprofessional behavior, the employer has the right to terminate the employment. Here is an example of such a termination letter issued to the employee.

We are writing to inform you that your employment with [Name of the Organization] will be terminated effective from [Date]. This decision was made by our Disciplinary Committee, who found your conduct reprehensible and in violation of our organization's rules and policies.

We want to let you know about integrity issues concerning you. It has come to our knowledge that you have been engaging in inappropriate behavior with colleagues from time to time, and sometimes speaking ill of our organization to outsiders. This behavior is neither expected nor tolerated at our organization. By disrespecting our employees and disregarding organizational policies, you are jeopardizing the goodwill of the organization and creating an unpleasant environment. We have warned you about this before.

Upon termination, all perquisites and privileges associated with your job position will cease effect. By [Date], you shall return all the documents, computer, assets and any other things that may have been given to you by our organization or that may have come into your possession because of your job here.

Please take a serious note that the Non-confidential Agreement signed by you at the time of joining binds you after the termination as well. Any confidential information that may come to your knowledge or possession in the course of your employment at [Name of the Organization] must not be disclosed to any person or organization.

You are entitled to your salary and other benefits, if any, up to the date of termination. You will be paid the full and final settlement amount within 30 working days from the date of termination.

This decision is non-reversible.
