A citizen of the country can seek police protection in case he faces any threat from someone or a group of people. He can approach the nearest police station under whose jurisdiction his locality comes.

The person in his application should give a clear description of the threats he is facing along with any possible suspects in the matter with sufficient reasons.

Later on, I received another call from (mobile number) from another male person, who also abused and harassed me over the phone. I am not sure who this person can be as I believe I do not have any enmity with anyone now.
