Manufacturer Authorization Letter for a Tender by Supplier

The organization, which has floated a tender, may ask its bidders to submit a written authorization letter from their manufacturing company.

Such an authorization letter essentially certifies that the manufacturer will support the supplier (i.e. the bidder) in all respects in successful completion of the project under the tender.

Here is an example of such an authorization letter from a manufacturing company. Modify it appropriately.

To Whomsoever It May Concern,

We, M/s. (Name of the Manufacturer), manufacturer of (Name of the Product), hereby certify that M/s. (Name of the Tenderer/ Bidder), having their head office at  ___________________, is our authorized supplier/ dealer for the aforesaid product.

We hereby authorize them to quote, negotiate, finalize and execute all documents for the tender no. __________ due on (Date) floated by (Name of the Organization, Address).

We, M/s. (Name of the Manufacturer), also ensure that all technical support will be provided to them for the aforesaid product whenever required.

We also undertake that in case of default in execution of the said tender by M/s. (Name of the Tenderer/ Bidder), we, M/s. (Name of the Manufacturer) will take all necessary steps for successful execution of the project as per requirements of the said tender.

We further confirm that our aforesaid products shall be supplied with all necessary spare parts to M/s. (Name of the Tenderer/ Bidder).

We hereby extend our full guarantee and warranty as per Clause ___ of the Tender Contract for the goods offered for supply by M/s. (Name of the Tenderer/ Bidder) against the Invitation for Bids.
