Declaration & Undertaking Letter by Student for Admission

The college to which you are applying for an admission may ask you to submit a declaration to the effect that everything submitted by you is accurate and that you will not take admission in any other college, if selected.

Likewise, the college authority may also ask your parent to submit a declaration on the similar lines along with the undertaking by their child.

Here is an example of such an undertaking letter by a student accompanied by a declaration from his parents.

I further agree that I will submit all my original documents to the college, wherever required/asked to do so.

I acknowledge and agree that if any information in my admission form, or any document submitted along with it, is found to be false or inaccurate; my admission will be treated as cancelled.

Declaration by the Parents
