An employee can be transferred to another branch of an organization for a temporary period for different reasons.
The transfer may happen for undergoing a specific training program, for completing a certain project, for attending to the works of a client in that location, for temporarily filling the vacant space of another employee who resigned recently, for establishing a new branch office, for conducting a special event, etc.
