If you have already applied for admission into a school and paid fees for it, but later on decide to take admission into another school, then you can request the previous school's authorities to refund your fees and inform them your wish to not to get admitted.
You or your parents can write a simple letter to the Principal or the Registrar with details of your name, address and receipt of the fees paid.
