Letter to Class Teacher for Being Absent from School

The student should submit his leave application letter in advance to the principal or class teacher before going on leave.

If it is not possible to submit the application in advance because of any emergency due to which the student had to be absent from class, then he should submit the application after coming back to school from the leave.

In the application letter - he should clearly explain the reasons for his absence.
