The resignation of an accountant is generally submitted to his finance manager, but in some cases, they are directly addressed to the HR manager of the organization.
In your resignation letter, it is important that you clearly mention the effective date of resignation, which should be after the minimum days of notice period that is required under the employment contract with the company.
