    What can I do when my resignation letter is not accepted by the employer?

    1. If your boss refuses to accept your resignation, or if he refuses to provide the relieving letter, then you can escalate the matter to the HR department or higher authorities in your company.

      In an extreme case where no one cooperates with you in your company for processing your resignation, then you can approach a labour lawyer for legal advice.
