Most of the senior citizens, who come to the bank and stand in a queue for getting some service, may not be fit enough to stand in line for a longer time. Hence, it would be better if the bank allows a separate queue for the senior citizens.
This is especially to be done in bank branches, where the queue is longer and customers have to stand for a long time.
It is advisable for banks to adopt a token system for queue management, which many banks have already started adopting.
